Big Marv's Big Fat Band
Saturday night
Marvin Muoneke established his very own 16-piece big band earlier this year and NOW it's coming to Bristol! This will truly be an exciting night as it will be the first time they've played in the south west after an inaugural gig in Essex.
Not only is Marvin an established jazz stalwart who's played at the like's of Ronnie Scott's, he’s a big band leader, conductor, performer and arranger.
Big Marv's Big Fat Band is firmly steeped in the swingin’ tradition with new and original arrangements of classic tunes for both dancing and listening!
Event timings: 7pm - 11.15pm
Sunday tea dance
The Barrel House Vipers light up the room with swing tunes for Lindy, Balboa and Shag dancers alike.

They have toured Europe, America and extensively across the UK specialising in early jazz and blues from the 1920’s to the 1940’s.

If you were at Bristol’s first fast feet exchange in the summer, then you’ll know just how great they are. Led by Rachel Lawrence, the energy the band brings is electric!
